Pumpkin Lasagne and Avocado Salad

Didn’t cook anything for dinner tonight because Lyn came over with yummy pumpkin lasagne. It’s like a normal lasagne but with pumpkin and ricotta instead of normal melty stringy cheese.

I made some avocado salad to go with it using mixed salad leaves, rocket, avocado, red capsicum and Neil Perry’s Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette (which I found in the fridge, no idea where it came from!)
