Melbourne Food Review: Strawberry Crème Brûlée Tartlet, Pure Bread Bakery

This deserves its own post. This little beauty never saw the inside of my house

The first bite goes crunch and then the beautiful, rich custard meets your tongue. Heaven.

And then you take the second bite, and the tiny shy piece of fresh strawberry appears.

And some more of them come to light. Hmmm.

Josh will vouch for this, but I rarely go crazy over sweet things. This is one of those rare moments. $3.50 almost as expensive as a good loaf of bread. but totally worth every cent.
